About this website
This website (dinnercruiseistanbultour.com) is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME TO BE ADDED] to describe and sell tickets for our Bosphorus dinner cruise. By booking a cruise or using this website you agree to these terms.
Bookings
A booking request submitted through our form, WhatsApp or by phone is not confirmed until we contact you to confirm availability for your requested date, package and number of guests. Prices shown on this website are per person and in Euros unless stated otherwise.
On the day
Guests should arrive within the boarding window shown for their pickup area or at Kabataş Motor İskelesi by 19:45. We are not responsible for guests who miss boarding due to arriving after this time, though our shuttle team will always try to reach you if there is a delay caused by traffic.
Cancellations and changes
See our separate Cancellation Policy page for how to cancel or change a booking.
Liability
We take reasonable care to operate the cruise safely, but travel by boat carries inherent risk and is also subject to weather and Bosphorus traffic conditions outside our control.
